Our Position
This position will have a designated sales territory where you will be responsible for devising and executing a sales plan to generate and close new leads, upsell existing customers on additional services offered, and build relationships with our customers. Outside Sales Professionals will conduct home and property inspections by entering and navigating through crawlspaces beneath houses, potentially confined spaces, and attics near the roof of the house.

Your Responsibilities
- Develop and successfully execute a personal sales plan to retain or obtain new commercial account business and meet established monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals.
- Prospects and qualifies potential new customers for Rocket Pest.
- Schedules appointments to determine customer needs and business goals.
- Maintaining sales schedules for all customers in assigned territories, calling customers prior to their service.
- Design and develop a program (proposal) that meets the customer's needs and present the proposal to the customer, ensuring that all signatures and initials are captured.
- Utilize PestPac and other CRM systems to manage daily sales activity.
- Actively seek and develop new accounts and represent the company to potential customers.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Attending sales training and continually building product knowledge.
- Partner with Marketing team to implement marketing programs to solicit new clients through cold calls, campaigns, organizations, referrals.
- Schedule pest control service appointments and coordinate appointments with the service department.
- Manage and execute client account analysis, preparation, and communication of client proposals/quotes, additional reporting requirements, and/or special client projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the Branch and Service Managers, service professionals, administrative staff, and the new construction and builder program.
- Participate in collections efforts.
- Providing and performing other projects and duties as assigned.
Our Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration, or relevant years of experience.
- 2 years of experience required in commercial sales representative or relevant experience.
- Experience with (CRM software/tools/applications).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication, with emphasis during telephone calls, follow-ups, and correspondence.
- Working in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
- This is a safety-sensitive position; where a momentary lapse of concentration can result in serious injury, death, environmental consequences, or data breach.
- Must be able to work Saturdays.
- Must be able to pass a seven-year criminal background check.
- Must be able to pass substance abuse testing.
- Must be able to pass a three-year motor vehicle report and meet minimum eligibility requirements criteria of insurance carrier.
