We are seeking a highly skilled Millwork Fabricator III with significant experience in trim and finish carpentry. The ideal candidate will have the expertise and autonomy to fabricate custom wood, solid surface, and specialty millwork products independently, maintaining the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Fabrication & Installation: Independently fabricate wooden, solid surface, and custom millwork products, ensuring precision and craftsmanship.
- Finish Carpentry: Perform detailed trim and finish work, including cabinetry, butcher block, and solid surface fabrication (excluding stone).
- Shop & Field Work: Operate millwork shop machinery (e.g., table saws, routers, edge banders) and conduct field measurements to ensure accurate installations.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining deadlines and quality standards without supervision.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work effectively within a team environment and communicate with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Safety & Compliance: Follow all health and safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Additional Duties: Perform other carpentry and installation tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 10 years as a finish carpenter with a strong focus on trim and millwork.
- Autonomy & Detail-Oriented: Proven ability to work independently, demonstrating a keen eye for detail and quality craftsmanship.
- Technical Skills: Skilled in solid surface fabrication, butcher block work, laminating processes, and cabinetry building.
- Machinery Operation: Proficient in using shop tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Knowledge & Understanding: Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and field measurements accurately.
- Licenses & Transportation: Reliable transportation for travel to job sites. A valid chauffeur’s license is preferred.
Bonus Skills and Experience:
- Understanding of warehouse procedures and materials handling.
- Proven working experience as a warehouse worker.

Environmental Factors and Working Conditions
The work environment for this position is in an 80,000 sq. ft. wood shop and occasional visits to construction project sites. When in the shop, the physical demands require the ability to stand for long periods of time. Personal workstations are rquried to remain clean and organized.
