- Troubleshoot desktop support issues, including software installation and configuration.
- Implement and maintain firewall settings to protect network integrity.
- Offer exceptional customer service while addressing user inquiries and resolving technical problems.
- Document all technical support interactions in a clear and organized manner.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance IT processes and improve overall efficiency.
Experience
- Proven experience in IT support or a related field is preferred.
- Strong skills in computer management, software troubleshooting, and desktop support.
