ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS include the following. Other duties may be assigned
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting guests, offering directions, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Support event operations by assisting the Event Manager or designated staff as needed.
- Oversee traffic and crowd management, including parking assistance, guest flow, and shuttle coordination.
- Set up and break down event equipment, including signage, barricades, cones, and carts.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces to ensure a safe and visually appealing environment.
- Monitor the event area for potential safety hazards and address or report them immediately.
- Follow all facility and event-specific safety protocols and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned to contribute to the success of the event.
- Valid Driver License
