What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clubhouse Intern position at Rockford Rivets?
The Rockford Rivets are currently seeking qualified individuals to join our team as Clubhouse Interns for the upcoming 2025 season at Rivets Stadium. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to assist the coaching staff and players, contributing to a successful season. You will also play a crucial part in pre- and post-game ballpark cleanup and support various external events. Clubhouse Interns are integral to ensuring an exceptional player experience. This unpaid summer internship program runs from mid-May to late August, requiring interns to be available for all home games (36) and any additional events assigned throughout the season.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize the clubhouse.
- Manage and distribute team equipment inventory.
- Ensure the upkeep of team uniforms.
- Oversee pre/post-game team meals for both home and away teams.
- Assist with ballpark operations.
- Provide support to the coaching staff as needed.
- Flexibility to work a schedule that includes nights and weekends.
