Duties

- Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer issues or provide additional support as needed.
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and troubleshooting any concerns they may have.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our computerized system.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and enhance client satisfaction.
- Provide feedback on recurring issues to help improve products and services offered.
Skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Proficiency in using computer systems for data entry and record keeping.
- Experience in customer support or customer service roles, preferably in a call center environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures is a plus.
