Picker/Packager

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment while adhering to safety and quality standards. This role requires a strong understanding of warehouse operations and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick orders based on customer specifications and prepare them for shipment.
• Utilize hand tools and equipment, including forklifts, to move products safely within the warehouse.
• Assemble products as needed, ensuring all components are included and properly packaged.
• Follow CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and FDA regulations to maintain compliance with industry standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Maintain an organized work area, keeping track of inventory levels and reporting discrepancies as necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with CGMP and FDA regulations is a plus.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate logic controllers effectively.
• Proficient in using forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
• Ability to assemble, package, and fabricate products according to specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks as required by the job.

Pay: $25.92 - $27.54 per hour
