Part-Time Job Opportunity: Admin and Marketing Coordinator

About Us:
Rockin' Jump is a vibrant indoor recreational park that provides a fun and safe environment for kids to play, explore, and create lasting memories. We are looking for an energetic and organized individual to join our team as an Admin and Marketing Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, creative, and excited about engaging with families through marketing and customer service.

Job Summary:
As an Admin and Marketing Coordinator, you will support administrative operations and help drive marketing efforts, with a focus on social media. This role involves promoting events and activities, engaging with customers, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the park.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Duties:

  • Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping.
  • Support management in organizing meetings, events, and appointments.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Manage office supplies and maintain inventory.

Marketing Coordination:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to promote events and activities.
  • Create engaging content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.
  • Monitor social media performance and provide insights for improvement.
  • Coordinate and promote marketing events to boost participation.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create appealing marketing materials.
  • Create visually appealing marketing materials using Canva (knowledge of Canva is a must).
  • Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or Marketing Coordinator is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Canva is required.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and audience engagement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media management tools.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
  • Weekend availability is required.
  • Freshers with the right skills and enthusiasm are welcome to apply.

Preferred Qualifications.

  • Experience in the recreational or entertainment industry.
  • Graphic design skills or experience with design software.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 4 hour shift
