We're looking for a highly organized and tech-savvy individual to join our team as an Office Administrator and IT Support Specialist, playing a crucial role in the smooth operation of our parks.
Position Summary:
The Office Admin Support Specialist will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks and providing occasional assistance with social media and marketing initiatives. This role requires a proactive, resourceful individual with excellent communication skills and a knack for technology and office management.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:
Office management, taking calls, making appointments, scheduling events, scheduling service calls making reservations etc.
- Oversee office management and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Answer phone calls, handle inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage appointment scheduling, event planning, and reservations.
- Coordinate service calls and vendor appointments as needed.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and handle procurement processes.
Occasional Marketing Support:
- Assist with social media content creation and posting as needed.
- Provide support for marketing campaigns, promotions, and event marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on special projects when required.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and marketing practices is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
