What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant Office - Admin Support position at American Legion Auxiliary /department of Ohio?
· Membership Database Management, Execution and Reporting
· Oversee creating, maintaining and reporting for administrative procedures as assigned by the Office Manager (i.e.: Unit Data Forms, Certification of Officer Forms, Convention Forms, Unit Bonding)
· Assist with maintaining the Office Operations Calendar/Book
· Filing electronically and paper copies in appropriate categories and easily retrievable
· Provide additional office support when and where needed as directed by the Office Manager
· Maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary information
· Limited travel to meeting and conference sites
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (including TEAMS software for digital meetings)
· QuickBooks experience/knowledge
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Comfort with multitask environment
· Ability to learn new software applications.
· Accurate and detail oriented.
· Reliable, Dependable, Punctual and Focused
· Ability to follow direction with a positive attitude
· Valid Driver’s License
· Ability to drive a small box truck if /when necessary a plus
· Insurable and bondable
· Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $14.50 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
