Roles & Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Lead Generation – Identify and engage builders, architects, and homeowners to drive outbound sales.
- Client Relationship Management – Develop long-term relationships, follow up on leads, and generate repeat business.
- Sales & Strategy Execution – Conduct on-site visits, take-offs, and measurements to support market expansion.
- Proposal & Negotiation – Develop tailored proposals, negotiate pricing, and ensure accurate quoting.
- Operations & Administration – Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications
- Experience – Minimum of 4 years in high-end aluminum or steel door and window sales.
- Sales Skills – Strong outbound sales, lead generation, and business development expertise.
- Technical Knowledge – Ability to read specifications and understand configurations.
- Proven Track Record – Experience closing high-ticket sales, ideally $1M projects.
- Industry Expertise – Background in construction materials, windows, and doors preferred.
- Language Skills – Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred due to Mexico-based manufacturing.
- Personal Traits – Proactive hunter mentality, relationship-driven, and knowledgeable about the construction industry.
Benefits
- Compensation – Base salary from $80K to $110K, negotiable for candidates with industry experience and an established book of business. Top performers closing $1.5M–$2M in sales can earn $150K total compensation (base commission).
