Our client, a leader in luxury architectural solutions, is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to drive business growth in the high-end window and door market. This role focuses on outbound sales, new client acquisition, and relationship management in Houston, Dallas, or Austin.

Our client has been pioneering luxury iron doors in Texas since 1995 and is expanding into premium aluminum and steel systems. With strong global partnerships, they are in a major growth phase, broadening their market reach across multiple regions.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Lead Generation – Identify and engage builders, architects, and homeowners to establish new business opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring repeat business.
- Sales & Business Development Strategy – Conduct on-site visits, take-offs, and measurements while executing tailored sales strategies.
- Proposal & Negotiation Management – Develop customized proposals, negotiate pricing, and ensure accurate quoting.
- Operational & Administrative Duties – Oversee order processing, invoicing, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
Qualifications
- Experience – Minimum of 4 years in high-end aluminum and steel window/door sales.
- Sales Skills – Strong outbound sales, lead generation, and business development expertise.
- Technical Knowledge – Ability to read specifications and understand door/window configurations.
- Proven Track Record – Experience closing high-ticket sales, ideally $1M projects.
- Industry Expertise – Background in construction materials, windows, and doors preferred.
- Language Skills – Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred due to Mexico-based manufacturing.
- Personal Traits – Proactive hunter mentality, relationship-driven, and knowledgeable about the construction industry.
