Main Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the facilities team, including scheduling, coordination, and communication.
- Manage facilities-related paperwork, records, and databases.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for facilities team members.
- Prepare and distribute meeting materials, agendas, and minutes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the facilities manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
