Position Summary
The Material Handler reports to the Distribution Manager and is responsible for handling all finished goods within the Distribution Warehouses in Fort Smith, Arkansas.

Hours: 5:45AM - 6PM
12-hour shift - 36-hour week
Location: Fort Smith, AR
Essential Functions
The Material Handler reports to the Distribution Manager and is responsible for handling all finished goods within the Distribution Warehouses in Fort Smith, Arkansas.

Essential Functions
- Drives Forklift
- Assist in receipt and storage of incoming and outgoing materials.
- Read and understand Bill of Ladings and ST/OT paperwork.
- Must be proficient with Scan gun and JDE System.
- Must be able to maintain an outstanding attendance record.
- Inventory / Transaction Accuracy is required.
- Assist with cycle counts.
- Inspect trucks for all loads entering.
- Responsible for wrapping and movement of finished goods.
- Responsible for dumping trash and keeping warehouse space clean.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good math and communication skills
- Motivated and a self-starter
- Work with speed and accuracy with little supervision
- Must be able to follow instructions well
- Must be well organized.
- Must be able to work a 12 shift
- Must be able to pass FCAP to lift 50# and push/pull 75#
