What You'll Do
- Approvals & Licensing Communication (Daily) – Manage submissions to our licensing partners for new concepts, sculpts, and final products in their servers. Keep everything tracked in Asana, follow up, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
- Royalties & Reporting (Quarterly) – Run reports in Shopify, update templates in Excel, and ensure accurate royalty report submission and payments. This is high-stakes—precision and accuracy with each submission is key.
- Forecasting (Quarterly/Annual) – Predict sales based on historical data and upcoming launches to help us plan.
- Compliance & Factory Approvals (Occasional and Important) – Coordinate occasional factory approvals related to very appreciated expectations around sustainability and other conditions in our factories.
- Meticulous Organization – You live by project management tools (we use Asana) and keep details in check.
- Excel & Shopify Proficiency – Comfort with spreadsheets and numbers is a must. We may ask for you to test your skills in the application process.
- Licensing Experience (2 Years) – You understand the basics of licensing processes, royalties, and approvals. Specifically demonstrating a high degree of project management and communication. Did you want to say 3 here per our phone call?
