Home Matters Caregiving is an emerging franchise system. Our franchisees are dedicated to providing a great place to work for professional caregivers and high quality care to the seniors they serve. As we continue expanding our franchise system, we are seeking a Licensing Specialist to support our franchisees in navigating state licensure requirements and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and Track State Licensing Requirements – Stay up to date on in-home care licensure regulations across multiple states and provide guidance to franchisees on compliance requirements.
Assist Franchisees Through the Licensing Process – Guide new and existing franchise owners in obtaining and maintaining their state in-home care licenses, including application submission, renewals, and regulatory reporting.
Serve as a Licensing Resource – Act as the go-to expert for franchisees, answering questions and troubleshooting licensing challenges.
Monitor Regulatory Changes – Track changes in home care regulations and proactively communicate updates to franchisees and internal stakeholders.
Support Compliance Audits – Assist franchisees in preparing for state inspections and audits, ensuring all documentation and operational procedures meet state requirements.
Collaborate with Internal Teams – Work closely with our executive leadership team to provide a smooth experience for franchisees obtaining their license.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in licensing, regulatory compliance, or franchise support, preferably in the healthcare or in-home care industry.
Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations related to in-home care licensure (or the ability to quickly research and understand them).
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple franchisee requests, deadlines, and licensing processes across different states.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills to support franchisees at various experience levels.
Proficiency with Google workspace
