Position Overview:
As Director of Agent Development, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our agents. You'll be responsible for planning and delivering engaging weekly training sessions, writing educational curriculum, and ensuring that our training programs meet Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) standards for Continuing Education (CE) credits. Additionally, you'll assist in recruiting new talent to join our team and support our agents with their goals and challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and lead weekly training sessions for our real estate agents
- Develop educational materials and curriculum
- Ensure training sessions are eligible for CE credits
- Maintain accurate student records
- Assist in organizing training opportunities and team meetings
- Recruit new talent through various processes
- Assist in budget creation and management
- Collaborate on retention plans and efforts
- Provide support to agents as needed
Qualifications:
- Texas Realtor license with a minimum of 5 years of experience in residential real estate
- Strong teaching and training skills
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in relevant software and tools
- Outgoing personality with a passion for helping others succeed
Schedule & Compensation:
This is a part-time position, requiring a minimum of 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. Compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
