We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Hotel Security Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, with experience in the security industry or hospitality / hotel industry being a strong advantage. This role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Hotel Security Sales Manager Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to generate leads and secure new clients.
Identify potential clients in the hospitality, corporate, and commercial sectors who require security services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
Present and explain service offerings in a professional and compelling manner.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and potential business opportunities.
Work closely with operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery for clients.
Attend industry networking events, trade shows, and meetings to expand business reach.
Position is a solo contributor with no direct reports
Proven sales experience, preferably in the security, hospitality, or hotel industry.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently.
Experience using CRM software to track leads and manage client interactions is a plus.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
5-7 years related experience.
