Rockstar HR is teaming up with our newest client in Auburn Hills, Michigan, to find a Rockstar Front Desk Receptionist who will be the professional and welcoming first point of contact for all guests.
Role Description
This full-time position is responsible for creating a welcoming experience through professional phone etiquette, administrative support, clerical tasks, and exceptional daily communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Manage the reception area to ensure it remains welcoming, clean, and organized.
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and courteously.
- Assist in organizing employee events.
- Manage and schedule appointments.
- Assist in preparing documents, reports, and correspondence as needed.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail; handle outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate orders as needed.
- Organize and maintain the kitchen and common areas ensuring that all areas are neat and presentable throughout the day, including loading and unloading the dishwasher.
- Provide administrative assistance to advisers and team members.
- Provide support to the Executive Assistants.
- Support and coordinate client meetings and seminars.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the efficiency of the office.
Qualifications:
- Must have proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or similar role.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- Highschool Diploma or GED.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and professionally.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain confidentiality.
