ASSISTANT TECHNICAL DESIGNER

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Work closely to assist the Sr. Tech Manager on all aspects of technical design for men's, women's and kid's divisions
- Specing garments, Development, PP, TOP, BULK..etc
- QC of Development, PP, TOP and BULK garments
- Attend fittings and take detailed notes pictures
- Create proper fit comments based on tech manager's instructions
- Create flat sketches as needed / re-color
- Assist on tech packs for development and production
WHO YOU ARE:
- Associate degree or related work experience in Fashion Technical Design (3 years)
- Expert at all things technical, must have Garment Technical Experience!!****
- Preferably experience in Men's and Women's DENIM
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel) and Adobe CS programs
- Excellent attention to details with strong time management and organization skills
- Must be able to complete challenging deadlines under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to manage multiple projects at a time while working to a high standard
- Strong self-motivator, able to accomplish different tasks with minimal supervision
- Portfolio (Tech Packs) to support experience (must be included with application)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
