Role Overview:

The Client Acquisition Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring that leads from various sources are effectively followed up on and converted into scheduled appointments. Additionally, this role supports the seamless execution of marketing events designed to engage and attract potential clients. The ideal candidate will excel in a client-focused, performance-incentivized environment, showcasing exceptional communication, organizational, and follow-through skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Proactively follow up with leads from various sources to schedule appointments, ensuring timely and effective communication.

- Maintain and update the appointment calendar, preventing conflicts or double bookings.

- Engage leads through phone, email, and other communication channels to confirm appointments and build rapport.

- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing events, such as seminars, dinner events, and open houses.

- Support event logistics, including venue setup, material preparation, and vendor coordination.

- Deliver exceptional customer service to leads and event attendees, ensuring a positive experience.

- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead engagement and event outcomes.

- Track and report on lead conversion rates, appointment outcomes, and event performance to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.

- Previous experience in sales, lead generation, appointment setting, or event coordination.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

- Positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.

- Availability to work onsite in St. Louis, Missouri.

Compensation and Benefits:

- Base salary of $55,000, with opportunities to earn up to $85,000 annually through performance-based bonuses and commissions.
