Job Description The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the amplification of content to build customer interest in our products and business. This role will work together with Commercial Marketing Managers and stakeholders to complete and execute marketing tactics that drive traffic and content consumption. This role offers exposure to a wide variety of marketing channels including social media, advertising, trade shows, sales literature, web, and multimedia for assigned topics. This role coordinates projects, outside vendors and internal marketing teams for assigned projects. This role will assist and help innovate the development of commercial strategies and provide consistent metrics for assigned programs. Must possess some knowledge of marketing automation platforms, have great organizational skills and be able to work independently and within groups. What you will be doing: Functional: Written communication and development of communications in a fast-paced environment and support commercial programs for software products and solutions. Direct marketing communications projects related to supported businesses or cross-business initiatives: establish agreed-upon goals and approach with program managers for each project; work with and control the work done by outside vendors; measure and report results. Professional and Technical Excellence: Produce and maintain written content calendarized plan for assigned program objectives incorporating the following: publicity, advertising, direct mail, collateral, sales promotion, social media, web, and media communications, etc. This plan folds into the global commercial plan, which feeds demand generation, reputation and launch programs, channel and distributor marketing, and other marketing programs. Some familiarity with account-based marketing, digital marketing tactics and platforms required Leadership: Influence and energizing others to help reach business goals and objectives. Identify new opportunities based on incoming data and develop proposals to use innovative tactics; work to obtain business approval. Ensure that programs are delivered on time and within constraints as defined by the commercial plan and budget. Collect and report metrics for assigned programs. Interpersonal: Inspiring Trust: Adhere to established departmental and company processes and procedures. Work within and lead teams with honesty, integrity, and fairness and promote open communication. Protect confidential information. Demonstrate accountability for results. Adaptability: Demonstrate capability to work on multiple numbers and types of projects at any one time. Demonstrate flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and constraints on a daily basis. Work with project, cross-business, and cross-regional teams to leverage expertise where it is available to get the job done. Collaboration and Teamwork: Effectively work within teams to deliver programs on time and within constraints as defined by the commercial plan and budget. Cross-Cultural Competence: Work with cross-regional colleagues to proactively develop programs that can be leveraged in multiple regions of the world. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor of Arts or Science degree, or equivalent, in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field. Preferred Qualifications: 3 years of experience in a marketing, marketing data and/or digital marketing role outstanding organizational, writing and editing skills solid organizational and project management skills excellent interpersonal skills ability to work with senior management, manage ambiguity and work under tight deadlines in a demanding atmosphere.
