We truly believe we are doing things never before possible. Rockwell Automation’s Technical Sales & Consulting Program is a full-time, multi-month training program for recent college graduates. It consists of a combination of sales, technical, and professional training that take place in both classroom and on-the-job settings. Join one of three tracks with a cohort of peers from all over the world and embark on a journey to become a trusted outcome-based seller. Digital Account Manager You will build relationships with the world’s producers and work in partnership with customers, systems integrators, and industry partners to solve challenges in the industry. You will develop and implements sales plans to meet annual sales goals and grow market share. You will build relationships at assigned accounts and growing customer spend with Rockwell Automation. You will work with customers exclusively through digital platforms (email, LinkedIn, phone, and video conferencing). After completion of the training program, Associate Digital Account Managers are based in the Dallas sales office and call on customers all over North America. Territory Account Manager You will build relationships with the world’s producers and work in partnership with customers, systems integrators, and industry partners to solve challenges in the industry. You will develop and implements sales plans to meet annual sales goals and grow market share. You will build relationships at assigned accounts and growing customer spend with Rockwell Automation. After completion of the training program, Associate Territory Account Managers are placed in one of our field sales offices across North America. Technology Consultant You will be responsible for technical support in pre-sales activities for a specific range of products within a defined geography. You will support commercial marketing activities, interface with product teams, be the contact for product and quality issues, provide post sales troubleshooting when needed, and act as a local interface with Tech Support. You will be a technical resource for Rockwell Automation technology and products and work with customers. After completion of the training program, Associate Technology Consultants are placed in one of our field sales offices across North America. Understand their industry, organization, and goals so well that you can offer guidance on their projects and how our offerings and partner capabilities will help them achieve those goals. Collaborate and own it. “It” being the strategy for growing your accounts. You’ll work with Industry Managers and your broader account team, senior management, and domain expert team to plan for and win opportunities. Network and build relationships. Your goal is to open doors up and across your customers’ organizations, establishing and maintaining relationships with individuals from the plant floor to the C-suite. Influence decisions. You’ll qualify customer opportunities, engage resources, and coordinate the solution design and presentation so the customer chooses our solution for all the right reasons. Skills you have Excels at making connections with people, especially through interactions on digital platforms Work with others to accomplish goals Deliver complex information to customers Commitment to results and accountability Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (graduation date of May 2024 or earlier -within 2-3 years) Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75 Legal authorization to work in the US is required.
