Customer Service/Policy Processing
We are a mid size insurance carrier we serve customers in all 50 states, and is well-known throughout our industry for its exceptional customer service and expertise. We believe in a healthy balance of work and home life.
We are currently looking for multiple Customer Service Representative’s to help our growing CSR team. Not very familiar with insurance ? That’s ok! We are willing to train any person who has strong customer support skills.
Insurance Customer Service Representative Duties
- Servicing a group of designated customers, answering questions, and handling communications regarding their policies (via email or phone), as they arise
- Working in various insurance companies’ websites, pulling proper information, updating customer information, and processing new or renewing policy documents
- Processing customer payments through online payment portal
- Work alongside Insurance Agents and Underwriters to request new quotes or insurance rates for customers when necessary
Insurance Customer Service Representative Requirements
- Positive and helpful attitude
- Strong customer service skills
- Team player
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and web-based applications
- Looking for at least 2 years of customer support experience
- General insurance knowledge is a plus, but not required
Salary : $45,000 - $55,000
