Position Overview :
The Data Lead will provide technical leadership to enhance Data Segmentation strategies and Dashboard design / automation.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Strategic Data Segmentation : Develop and refine data segmentation strategies, analyze trends, and enhance segmentation across platforms.
- Automation & Workflow Optimization : Direct the development of automated data processes, optimize performance tracking, and integrate APIs / cloud platforms.
- Data Visualization & Reporting : Design and maintain dashboards to monitor key deposit metrics. Create automated reports to support decision-making.
- Collaboration, Stakeholder Engagement & Team Leadership : Foster teamwork, manage team performance, and partner with leadership to drive product growth.
- Compliance & Data Integrity : Ensure all workflows adhere to financial regulations and maintain data accuracy and security.
Qualifications and Skills :
This positions requires the candidate to be onsite 3 days a week.
