What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bilingual Account Manager - Landscape Maintenance position at Rocky Fork Company Inc?
The Rocky Fork Company is looking for a Bilingual Account Manager to join our Landscape Maintenance Team. The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for all assigned clients and acts as the intermediary between customers, vendors, service partners, employees, and company owners.
Responsibilities Include:
- Supervise, coordinate, train, and lead landscape maintenance crews at properties and to ensure services are delivered
- Identify opportunities to expand services to existing clients through enhancement sales
- Complete quality audits
- Respond promptly to all client inquiries and requests for service requests
Candidates must have:
- A valid driver’s license and ability to be insured by the company
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Direct supervisory grounds maintenance experience with strong history of customer service and/or account management performance
- Ability to operate a truck with or without an attached trailer
- Ability to operate mowing equipment, small mechanical tools (blowers, trimmers, etc.), snow removal equipment and various pieces of landscape equipment
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members
The working conditions for this position will vary depending on tasks and will include an office setting and customer site visits in varying weather conditions.
