POSITION SUMMARY: The Marketing Ad Manager will be responsible for the ongoing paid marketing efforts of RMCF, as well as managing inbound and outbound marketing projects for our franchisees and eCommerce departments. This position manages search engine marketing, third-party platforms (Amazon, Google Shopping, etc.), tracking metrics, coordinating project requests, overseeing ad performance, and ensures execution of B2B and B2C related creative projects.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Develop and execute paid search SEM campaigns (Google, Bing, etc.)
Manage Amazon, Google Shopping, and other third-party platforms.
Track and analyze search metrics and trends.
Maintain relationships with vendors and other external resources.
Utilize intranet platforms such as GraphicsMaker, RMCF Connect, IFX, and Image Libraries.
Collaborate with content creators during product photoshoots.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred. *Substitution for equal experience will also be considered.
6 years of proven experience in paid SEM, data, communications, ad management, third-party sales platforms, and project coordination are pivotal for success in this role.
Strong understanding of search campaign types, spend, data, and trends.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Planning, organizing and follow up skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects within sensitive deadlines and a changing environment.
