We are disciplined, accountable, transparent, aligned, and results-oriented. We will create 1,000 outdoor living spaces with 300 remarkable team members, generating $50 million in revenue.

Position Summary:

The Crew Lead is responsible for overseeing, directing, and building projects with a landscape construction crew to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. This position requires strong leadership, hands-on work ethic, and effective communication skills to coordinate team efforts, manage job site tasks, and maintain a positive work environment.

Leadership & Supervision:

  • Lead, train, and motivate a crew of landscape construction team members.
  • Ensure all crew members understand their daily tasks and execute them efficiently.
  • Foster a safe and productive work environment while enforcing company policies and procedures.
  • Provide hands-on guidance and support to crew members as needed.

Project Execution:

  • Read and interpret landscape construction plans and blueprints.
  • Manage project timelines and ensure work is completed according to schedule.
  • Build the project with the crew.
  • Operate and oversee the use of heavy equipment, power tools, and hand tools.
  • Ensure all materials and equipment are available and in proper working order.

Quality Control & Safety:

  • Maintain high-quality standards in all aspects of landscape construction.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure work meets project specifications.
  • Adhere to and enforce safety regulations and protocols.
  • Identify and mitigate potential job site hazards.

Snow Removal:

  • Snow Removal (on call 24/7 during the months of October to May)

Communication & Coordination:

  • Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for operations managers and superintendents.
  • Communicate job progress, challenges, and any necessary adjustments to management.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and other team members to keep projects running smoothly.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift 50 - 75 pounds
  • Extended periods of time driving in the delivery trucks
  • Extended periods of time doing snow removal (including but not limited to the operation of a plow truck, skid steer, and hand shoveling)

Other Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Reliable transportation
  • Legally permitted to work in the United States
  • Ability to speak Spanish and English (not required, but strongly preferred)

Job Type: Full - Time

Pay: $20 - $30 per hour
