About the Role
We are in search of a Landscape Crew Leader who will play a pivotal role in managing and supervising our field staff. The Crew Leader will meticulously plan and organize projects, ensuring their successful completion. They will also be instrumental in maintaining team morale and fostering a positive work environment. This role requires excellent time management, people management, and customer relationship-building skills. Above all, the Crew Leader must embody our integrity, dependability, and courtesy values. Our projects are only considered complete when our customers are fully satisfied with our work.
What You Will Do :
- Ensure that job site quality and appearance meet client and company standards.
- Work with clients to understand the best way for us to serve them.
- Conduct accurate reporting and properly submit landscape reports for each property served.
- Capture before and after pictures of each property served.
- Additional Duties as assigned.
- Performing snow removal duties on routes designated by the supervisor.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
