What You’ll Do:
- Support Daily Operations – Assist the Director in managing schedules, staffing, and ensuring compliance with licensing regulations.
- Lead & Inspire Staff – Mentor teachers, assist with training, and foster a positive team culture.
- Engage with Families – Build strong relationships with parents and provide guidance on child development and curriculum.
- Maintain High-Quality Education – Support curriculum implementation, conduct classroom observations, and provide feedback.
- Administrative Responsibilities – Help with record-keeping, budgets, and ensuring a safe, organized environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Colorado Large Center Director Certificate and a minimum Level 3 Credential (per Colorado Shines guidelines).
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with a passion for early childhood education.
- Knowledge of state licensing requirements, curriculum development, and child development best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and actively engage with children in a dynamic environment.
