The Rocky Mountain Sleep Disorders Center is looking for a person who can multi-task in a very busy clinical environment. Must have experience in verifying medical insurance and per-authorizations for services ordered. Must be able to answer multiple incoming phone calls. Gathering medical information and creating new charts is essential. Computer literacy and medical terminology is also required. Will be speaking to or greeting the general public, so communication skills are imperative. Experience in EMR is highly encouraged. This position is Full-Time.
Summary
As Office Manager, you will be integral to the smooth operation of our healthcare facility, providing essential administrative support and ensuring excellent patient service. Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, your role involves managing medical records, verifying insurance, and utilizing EHR systems. Your core skills in clerical tasks and front desk operations, combined with premium knowledge of HIPAA and medical terminology, will enhance our patient interactions. Strong communication skills and computer literacy are vital as you navigate multi-line phone systems and assist patients with their needs in a fast-paced environment. Some marketing may be required.
