Position: Retail Store Manager
Location: Belgrade, MT
Supervisor: Retail Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Patrons - Achieve sales goals through Excellent Customer Service!
- People - Staffing, Training, Directing, Leading the Team.
- Presentation - Keep a clean, well-stocked store both inside & out.
- Procedures - follow established business procedures and uphold RMS policy.
Necessary Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma, bachelor's degree in Agricultural-Science or Business-related field preferred.
- Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, ag supply knowledge.
- Supervisory experience preferred. Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of computers, including but not limited to Word, Excel, and POS systems.
- Ability to prioritize and work with competing demands.
