Service Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in RV-automotive-marine service and repair, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and managing a team of technicians. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our service department operates efficiently and effectively, providing high-quality repairs and maintenance to our customers' vehicles.

Duties

• Oversee daily operations of the service department, ensuring all work is performed to the highest standards.
• Manage and mentor a team of technicians, providing guidance on RV diagnostics, repairs, and customer service.
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
• Coordinate service appointments and manage the workflow within the department to maximize efficiency.
• Promote upselling of services and products to enhance customer experience and increase revenue.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and customer interactions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and dealership policies.
• Assist in training new staff on RV service procedures, cash handling, and dealership operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a service management role
• Strong knowledge of RV repair processes
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
• Experience in cash handling and RV sales is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and performance improvement.
• Familiarity with dealership operations

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
