Rocky Talkie is looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Product Quality Assurance Specialist to help ensure our products consistently meet the high standards our customers expect. As a key member of our growing team, you’ll play an integral role in creating exceptional customer experiences by ensuring product quality through meticulous testing and inspection.

As a key member of our growing team, you’ll play an integral role in creating exceptional customer experiences by ensuring product quality through meticulous testing and inspection.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Inspect incoming products to ensure they meet specifications through visual assessments and functional tests.
- Document inspection results in detailed reports and logs, entering data into quality databases as needed.
- Segregate and label products to prevent mixing of inspected/passed and pending/failed products.
- Maintain equipment functionality by following operating instructions and calibration guidelines.
- Assist in developing test methods and inspection plans to enhance quality processes.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to standards and procedures.
- Be prepared to backfill and cross-train with the fulfillment team as needed to support business functions.
Required:
- High school diploma required.
- Basic computer skills
- Strong sense of personal accountability and pride in your work.
- Ability to frequently lift up to 40 lbs.
- Technical aptitude, especially with small consumer electronics.
- Familiarity with using QA databases and reporting tools.
- Associate's degree preferred.
- Interest in outdoor sports and a strong connection to the Rocky Talkie community.
- Experience or familiarity with the Rocky Talkie radios is a plus!
