About the Role:
As an Auto Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the vehicle purchasing process. You will be expected to maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our vehicle inventory, including features, pricing, and financing options. Building long-term relationships with customers will be essential, as repeat business and referrals are key to our success.
If you have little to no experience and are willing to learn, we are willing to train the right person!
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Knowledge of automotive financing options and processes a plus
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to assess their vehicle needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed information about vehicle features, pricing, and financing options.
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities to potential buyers.
- Follow up with leads and maintain relationships with past customers to encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to a positive team environment.
