About the Position
We are seeking a highly skilled Curriculum Development Manager to join our team at ROCS Grad Staffing. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our training programs.
You will work closely with instructors to evaluate and provide feedback on their performance in classrooms, assisting the Academy Manager as needed. Additionally, you will support your peers with database software, maintain accurate records, and assist in developing construction or safety-related curriculum.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a construction-related field and direct hands-on or trainer-level experience in a standard construction trade is preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, and experience teaching adult learners in a vocational curriculum are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs
- Evaluate instructor performance and provide feedback
- Support peers with database software and record maintenance
- Cover classes when needed
- Oversee Registered Training Programs
- Routinely visit off-site training locations
Requirements:
