Position Description:
The position reports to the Manager, Membership & Service Center and is responsible for tracking and coordinating all projects and deliverables in the Membership & Credentialing Center. This individual is responsible for monitoring tasks, timelines, and coordinating with cross-functional teams, state affiliates, and external vendors to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
Position Responsibilities:
- At the direction of the Manager, develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring all team members and external parties (where applicable) adhere to deadlines and assigned tasks, and effectively communicate project progress to relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate and implement ongoing routine center tasks such as national and state dues changes and membership year-end transition activities.
- Working with the Manager, complete month-end reporting processes for the membership, certificate, and credentialing programs.
- With direction from the VP, Membership & Credentialing, and Manager, plan agendas for and lead Center and Team meetings to report on project progress, monitor task completion, and address barriers.
- Complete database hygiene projects as assigned.
- Ensure all Center standard operation procedures (SOPs) are maintained and assist with ongoing process and functionality improvements.
- Perform other membership-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Two years or more of project management experience, preferably in a non-profit membership organization or customer service-centric environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills to review problems and resourcefully research and identify solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent writing and editing skills for drafting, editing, and proofing routine correspondence, writing emails, presentations, updates, summaries, and other communications for a wide variety of audiences.
- Strong detail-oriented, organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks with different timelines in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating workloads and changing priorities.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills with the ability and patience to work with and provide customer service to a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders.
- Exposure to using a database to access customer or member information preferred.
- Experience using the internet to conduct research, and proficiency in Microsoft tools such as Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Proficiency with project management tools and software.
Salary : $50,000 - $58,000
