What are the responsibilities and job description for the Membership Coordinator position at Still Point?
Responsibilities include onboarding new members, tracking membership data, following up with cancellations, monitoring member feedback and suggestions, and supporting our social media presence.
- Communicate regularly with members, sell Promise Program and Skin Glow memberships, and grow the membership through achieving targeted monthly goals and objectives.
- Onboard and welcome new members and respond to their inquiries.
- Follow up with all members who cancel & track all information on the cancellation spreadsheet.
- Work with the management team to identify community outreach and recruiting strategies and execute them.
- Manage and analyze data and improve data tracking systems.
- Document communication with members to help build member profiles.
- Monitor feedback and suggestions from all members and play an active role in collecting data and executing strategies based on the annual member survey.
- Assist the Spa Director with coordinating quarterly events and promotions.
- Maintain a professional image at all times with personal presentation, a positive attitude, excellent communication skills and appropriate speech and behavior with guests, managers and co-workers.
The Membership Coordinator understands that TSP members are the core of our community’s well being. The Membership Coordinator enjoys listening to and communicating regularly with current members to make sure they are heard and feel supported. The Membership Coordinator is guest-oriented and personal when they communicate with current and prospective members.
