Overview:
The Program Coordinator is a full-time role responsible for operational and administrative tasks across finance, grants, events, communication, and program support. This role reports directly to the Executive Director. Responsibilities:
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and communication.
- Interact with clients and partners.
- Collaborate with volunteers.
- Manage donations.
Program Responsibilities:
- Support event preparation and attend events.
- Review referral applications and maintain partner lists.
- Assist with client appointments and referral partner coordination.
- Aid in daily program activities.
Development Responsibilities:
- Support fundraising initiatives in collaboration with leadership.
- Maintain records of donations, gifts, and related activities using CRM software.
- Create and distribute donor communications, including receipts and newsletters.
- Assist in planning and executing events, including annual galas and sales.
- Maintain detailed financial and operational logs for reporting purposes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Team-oriented mindset with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM platforms, and relevant tools.
