Responsibilities of the Safety Coordinator :
- Conduct yearly inspections of all company business parks and rooftop safety systems, delivering comprehensive reports to management
- Assist the Safety Manager with various responsibilities, including new hire orientations, managing PPE inventory, facilitating safety training sessions, and handling data entry tasks
- Perform inspections on rooftops, safety equipment, and other areas requiring the use of safety harnesses and ladders
- Engage with employees to address safety concerns and provide guidance on maintaining a safe work environment
- Maintain detailed reports of inspections, safety improvements, and compliance efforts
- Carry out additional safety-related duties as assigned
