Responsibilities of the Sales Associate :
Conduct outreach through cold calling, LinkedIn, and networking to identify and engage decision-makers at prospective companies.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline by adding 5–10 new high-quality leads each week.
Develop relationships with key stakeholders, securing meetings and learning about their commercial space requirements.
Stay informed about market trends, competitive spaces, and industry opportunities.
Work closely with experienced team members in our Bethesda office to refine your skills and strategies.
Qualifications of the Sales Associate :
Bachelor’s degree preferred
A strong work ethic and ability to commit to consistent daily outreach (50 calls per day).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and persuasively.
A disciplined, self-starter mentality with a knack for strategic problem-solving.
Experience in sales or business development, ideally in a different industry (preferred but not required).
