Seeking experienced day care provider/teacher (5 years required) to provide childcare in an office setting. Required Qualifications:
- Current CPR and First-Aid Certification
- Daily parent communication required
Location: Office-based
Care for: 3yr boy, 4mo girl
Duties:
- Supervise and engage with children during activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and social interaction among students.
- Manage behavior effectively using positive reinforcement strategies to promote good conduct.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress, behavior, and any concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom space that is conducive to learning.
- Provide care for infants and toddlers as needed, ensuring their physical needs are met.
Requirements
- Experience in babysitting or caregiving roles is preferred.
- Background in preschool education or early childhood education is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques to support children's development.
- Ability to provide infant care and toddler care as required by the age group of students.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
- A genuine passion for educating young children and contributing positively to their growth.
- Previous experience working with students in an educational setting is a plus.
- Must be patient, nurturing, and able to adapt teaching methods to meet individual children's needs.
