Your Responsibilities Will Include:

General Property & Building Maintenance – Ensuring our properties remain in top condition
Drywall Repairs & Painting – Keeping interiors looking fresh and well-maintained
Light Electrical Work – Replacing ballasts, bulbs, and fixtures
Light Plumbing Repairs – Fixing faucets, toilets, and garbage disposals
Caulking & Sealing – Maintaining interior and exterior surfaces
Troubleshooting Leaks – Identifying and addressing water issues
Gate & Lock Repairs – Ensuring secure and functional access points
Accurate Record-Keeping – Logging materials, time, and work completed

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in Maintenance – Preferably in property management
Reliable Transportation & Own Tools – Essential for job success
Self-Starter with Strong Customer Service Skills – Take pride in your work
Fluent in English – Clear communication is key
Great Work Ethic & Attention to Detail – Keep work areas clean and organized
Employment References Required – We value proven experience

Work Schedule & Location:

Location: St. Louis, MO 63108 (Must reliably commute or relocate before starting work)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts
