JOB OVERVIEW : Rodeo Dental & Orthodontics is recruiting for a highly experienced construction management leader who has successfully provided oversight and project management for multi-site organizations in the end to end process of new office construction and opening.
REPORTS TO : Vice President of Strategic Sourcing
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, preferred; or equivalent work experience including certification in project management or construction management i.e. Certified Construction Manager (CCM).
- Seven (7 ) plus years’ experience in Construction / New Office management
- Proven track record in managing multiple concurrent construction projects, preferably in dentistry or traditional healthcare sectors.
- Excellent project management skills with a focus on budget and timeline adherence.
- Extensive Vendor Management skills, capable of effectively driving external construction companies to meet Rodeo’s timelines
- Comprehensive understanding of safety regulations, local building codes and requirements, and construction quality standards.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Project, as well as web-based project management software systems
- Must be proactive & solutions-oriented; innovative in approaching new opportunities
- Able to adapt quickly and appropriately while ensuring on time and on budget project delivery
- Other duties as deemed necessary or requested
