Must be able to work weekends and be flexible. Applicants must have a great personality, effective conflict resolution skills, excellent communication and team work ability, able to multi-task and provide the best customer service to our guests. Must be dependable.
Job Description:
- Greet guests at all times
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs appropriately
- Operate hotel standards, take calls and provide information
- Provide guests with best service
- Strong team work, willing to help other departments
- Take reservations over the telephone and in person
- Provide guests with directions around the hotel
- Contact housekeeping and maintenance departments when a problem is reported
- Count cash drawer at the start of shift and end of shift
