Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to cleanliness and hospitality, ensuring that all areas are maintained to the highest standards. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for guests and maintaining the overall appearance of the facility.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, ensuring all spaces are spotless and inviting.
• Conduct floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and report any maintenance issues promptly.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Assist in housekeeping management duties as needed, including training new staff members on cleaning procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests promptly and courteously.

Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping is required.
• Familiarity with custodial practices and industrial cleaning techniques is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• A positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Weekends as needed
