Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, ensuring all spaces are spotless and inviting.
- Conduct floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist in housekeeping management duties as needed, including training new staff members on cleaning procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests promptly and courteously.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with custodial practices and industrial cleaning techniques is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks.
