We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Receptionist / Legal Assistant to join our team. This position is essential to ensuring smooth daily operations and providing excellent client service.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and maintain office calendars.
- Assist attorneys and staff with administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and document preparation.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence.
- Maintain client files and ensure proper organization of legal documents.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the legal team.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a law firm or office setting preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Expected hours: 70 – 75 per week
