Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to securing deals and overseeing production and delivery/installation stages
- Identify new sales opportunities through networking and develop long-term client relationships
- Pursue new business leads and present products to prospective clients
- Stay in regular contact with clients, keeping them informed about new products and services
- Respond to client concerns, resolve issues, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- 1 year of sales experience (although not essential)
- Sales experience in the digital imaging solutions or technology industry (a plus)
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills (phone, email, chat)
- Persuasive, negotiation, and closing skills
