You will actively provide customer service support by working directly with our customers and the customer service team to find creative solutions, build strong relationships and develop our business to ultimately carry out our mission of “delivering confidence and satisfaction by providing exceptional transportation services.”

The Fit
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email and other forms of communication
- Work collaboratively with Roehl teammates to identify and resolve customer and scheduling conflicts
- Schedule pick-up and delivery appointments for freight, maintaining high level of accuracy of data entered into our system
- Maintain accurate notes regarding customer interactions and update information in our internal systems as needed
