Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team with a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to managers and employees, assist with daily office operations, and ensure the smooth and efficient running of our workplace. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Drive to various locations for meetings and errands as needed.
- Prepare and distribute emails, memos, letters, reports, and forms.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical.
- Assist in preparing regularly scheduled reports.
- Update and enforce office policies and procedures.
- Order office supplies and research cost-effective options.
- Maintain and update contact lists.
- Submit and reconcile expense reports.
- Provide general support to visitors and act as a point of contact for internal and external clients.
- Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests from senior management.
